AI Product Engineer & Technology Delivery Lead

I design, build and deliver AI-enabled products, digital platforms and complex technology change.

My experience spans AI product development, enterprise technology, infrastructure, cloud, applications, M&A, new-market entry and large-scale transformation across complex global environments.

With more than 25 years in technology delivery, I combine hands-on product building with senior programme leadership, helping turn ideas into working products and major technology initiatives into delivered outcomes.

Much of my career was developed at Shell and Shell Trading & Shipping, with subsequent roles at CME/NEX and Centrica Energy. My work has taken me across Singapore, Malaysia, China, Australia, South Africa and most of Europe.

That experience spans new-country entry, M&A integration, divestments, application builds and upgrades, trading environments, technology portfolios and global transformation.

My approach is structured, transparent and pragmatic. I give executives a dependable view of delivery while creating the conditions in which technical teams and suppliers can perform effectively.
