I have spent more than 25 years delivering technology and infrastructure change in large, complex organisations.
Much of my career was developed at Shell and Shell Trading & Shipping, with subsequent roles at CME/NEX and Centrica Energy. My work has taken me across Singapore, Malaysia, China, Australia, South Africa and most of Europe.
That experience spans new-country entry, M&A integration, divestments, application builds and upgrades, trading environments, infrastructure portfolios and global transformation.
My approach is structured, transparent and pragmatic. I give executives a dependable view of delivery while creating the conditions in which technical teams and suppliers can perform effectively.
